Conference Production

Not only can we supply the audio visual ‘bones’ of a conference to the Conference Organiser and Event Company we also offer a full conference production service working along side the end user, many of whom are long standing clients. From the production of Powerpoint presentations, design and production of graphics, design and building of stage and set, we offer a ‘one stop shop’ if required. Specialising in a conference environment with typical delegate numbers somewhere between 20 and 500, it has enabled us to build a reputation over the last 20 years, as one of the South’s most experienced small to medium conference production companies and equipment suppliers.

A typical conference spec might comprise:

Lecterns with two gooseneck mics

Sanyo XP200 conference projector, 7000 lumens, XGA, supplied with a standard 1.8-2:1 lens

This projector is available with a variety of lens – from a 0.8:1 short throw when space is a premium, throught o a 4.6-6:1 long throw lens when you want to position the projector at the back of the conference room.

8’ x 6’ fast fold screens with optional Drape kits for screen.

10’ x 7’6” Da-lite fast fold screen with front or rear projection fabric.

27’ wide a 8’ high stage set covered in fabric to suit your corporate colours or stock grey and blue when budgets are tight. Supplied with LED uplighters and screen aperture.

2m x 1m x 0.3m high staging pieces

4 speaker (175w each) PA system with lapel mics, hand held radio mics for Q&A, Graphic equaliser, Kramer VP727 vision mixer/up scaler, preview monitors, DVD player/recorder. Price dependent of length of hire and number of mics needed. Please call for a specific detailed quote.
